Y.M. Tunku Dato Mohamed Alauddin Tunku Naquiyuddin

Y.M. Tunku Dato Mohamed Alauddin spent his formative years initially in Malaysia at the Alice Smith School before moving to the United Kingdom to attend prep school at Papplewick and subsequently to boarding school at Harrow.
 He completed his business management studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College, U.S.A.

In the year 2000, he was appointed the position of Director of Marketing and International Relations with Talon Global Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, U.S.A. He has hands-on experience in dealing with clients seeking to venture into the MLM industry where he acts as a consultant for the company’s clients. Notable achievements include successful supervision in creating a complete turnkey software system for MLM, recommendation of compensation plans as well as effective management systems for the organisation.

In 2002, Tunku Alauddin joined Antah Bumimedic Sdn. Bhd., an affiliated company of the Antah HealthCare Group as General Manager where he oversees the management and marketing of the Bumiputra tendering business. He was subsequently appointed Executive Director for Antah Pharma Sdn. Bhd., Antah Sri Radin Sdn. Bhd. and Bumimedic (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. which supplies pharmaceutical and medical products to both Private and Government hospitals around Malaysia. In 2018, Tunku Alauddin was appointed Managing Director for Antah Strategic Services Sdn Bhd, of which the healthcare group sits under.

Tunku Alauddin also holds various positions in other companies. He is Chairman of Universal Trustee (Malaysia) Bhd. Universal Trustees is a registered trust company and offers fiduciary services to both individuals and corporate clients such as the setting up of private and corporate Trusts, Estate administration and executorship, Trusteeship of Private Debt Securities and Unit Trust Funds. He is also Executive Director at Guardian Bedrock, an iron ore and gold mining company, with mines in Pahang, Kedah and Kelantan.

On the 19th July 2007, Tunku Alauddin was conferred the Ahli Setia Negeri Sembilan (A.N.S.) award by the late Yang Di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Al-Marhum Tuanku Ja’afar ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman for his charitable work as a Trustee in Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin and Yayasan Tunku Nurul Hayati.

Ms. Emily Huang Ye

Emily Huang holds a Bachelor in Business Administration of Loyola Marymount University from the United States of America. Upon her return to Malaysia, she joined Hong Leong Finance Bhd from 1985 to 1988. She joined Amoy Canning Corporation (Malaya) Bhd in 1989 and is currently the Executive Director of the Company. She is also a director of all the subsidiaries of the Amoy Canning Group.

As a graduate of Accounting and Law from Western Australia, En Ainuddin has been far away from his discipline as he is a Producer, Writer and Directors for the Film industry based in Los Angeles. Currently his production company is in Los Angeles with numerous Joint Ventures based in Asia, namely Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea.

Marhaini Nordin is an Advocate and Solicitor in Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co, Kuala Lumpur. She is a Partner of the firm since 2006. She advises clients on acquisitions and takeovers, securities laws, capital markets including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), foreign investments, joint ventures, due diligence and general corporate and commercial matters. She also handles a variety of corporate and commercial transactions and her scope of practice covers cross border transactions where clients include multinationals and companies in a wide array of sectors including ports, power sector, consumer goods, oil and gas.

En. Ahmad Pathil Bin Muhamud

Ahmad Pathil Muhamud the former MD/CEO of PETRONAS Penapisan Melaka Sdn Bhd and Malaysia Refining Company Sdn Bhd had 27 years of working experience in Oil, Gas & Petrochemical industries. He worked at all of the then three major plant complexes of PETRONAS, being overall in-charge at two of the three plant complexes.

Starting in 1976 with his involvement with the conceptual and basic design of the large Malaysia LNG complex (MLNG) in Bintulu, Sarawak, he progressed to be the Senior Manager, Maintenance of MLNG. In 1993 he was appointed as the Plant Manager of the large PETRONAS Gas Processing Plants complex (GPPs) in Kerteh, Terengganu. After 6 years at the GPPs, at the end of 1998 he was promoted to be the MD/CEO of the large integrated PETRONAS Refinery Complex in Melaka, where he remained until his retirement in 2003.

Ahmad Pathil had experiences working and living in foreign countries such as Japan, Brunei, Netherland and in 1988 was on a one year assignment at Shell Petrochemical Complex, Stanlow, United Kingdom.  Having worked in the major PETRONAS joint-venture companies, Ahmad Pathil had very close working experiences with major international companies such as Shell of Netherland & United Kingdom, Mitubishi Corp of Japan and ConocoPhillips of USA.

After retirement from PETRONAS and following formation of his own company United Sourcing Engineering Sdn Bhd  in 2004, Ahmad Pathil has been the Executive Chairman of the company.

YM Tunku Nasaifuddin graduated with an MBA in Financial Studies from Nottingham University in 2003. Tunku Nasaifuddin is the CEO of Munaq Holdings Sdn Bhd, the holding company for his family’s investments, and also CEO of microLEAP PLT, a Peer-to-Peer Lending platform specifically focused on the microfinance sector.

Tunku Nasaifuddin was previously a banker for 13 years at two major international banks, BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered, where he worked for several years in London before returning to Kuala Lumpur. His banking experience includes Asset-Liability Management, Money Market Sales, E-Commerce and Relationship Management. His last position was Director, Financial Institutions at BNP Paribas before he left to join the family company.

George Huang holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Canterbury, New Zealand and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Singapore Institute of Directors. George is a Malaysian and a permanent resident of Singapore. He has been the Managing Director of Amoy Canning Corporation (S) Ltd since 1996 and has been the Managing Director of Amoy Canning Corporation (Malaysia) Bhd since December 2007.
